Brown Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat

  • 1/4 pound ground mild Italian sausage
  • 1 cup diced pepperoni
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Approximately 12 egg roll wrappers

Crush the garlic clove with the back of a kitchen knife and place in the bowl

  • 1 • 1 large clove of garlic
  • 1 • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt (approximately)
  • 1 • 1 lemon for juicing
  • 3 • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 • 1 head of romaine, cut into 2-inch-wide strips, washed and covered in a damp towel and left to crisp in the refrigerator for half an hour
  • 1 • 1 scallion slivered
  • 1 • 1 cucumber peeled and cut into half-moons
  • 3 • 3 radishes, cut into eights

  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar (I swapped half with regular vinegar; I was being stingy with my fancy red wine stuff)
