Sesame Chicken with Broccoli and Rice

- 2 cups rice
- 12 oz. broccoli florets, steamed
- 3 chicken breasts, cut into 1 to 1/2 chunks
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg

- for sauce:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/8 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
