In a small saucepan bring the half-and-half and heavy whipping cream to a scalding point on medium low heat

Bring sugar with water and cocoa to the boil
- 230 g sugar
- 250 ml water
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 100 ml rum or as desired
- 75 g dark chocolate
- 200 g butter
- 250 g ground biscuit + 25-30 more broken into bigger pieces
- 100-150 g ground walnut, hazelnut or almond
- coarsly chopped walnut or almond

Tequila Lime Shredded Beef Tacos

Preheat oil in a large skillet over high heat until nearly smoking
- 1 – 3 or 4 pound chuck roast (shoulder cut)
- 3 TBSP oil
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin – lightly sprinkled over roast
- 1 – 4oz can mild diced green chiles
- 1 – 14.5oz Aldi’s Happy Harvest Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes – Salsa Style (or substitute one can regular fire roasted diced tomatoes plus 1/2 cup of your favorite salsa)
- 3 TBSP good silver tequila
- 2 tsp chile powder
- juice of 1 lime

2-Ingredient Nutella Brownies

Preheat the oven to 350°F: Heat the oven to 350°F with a rack placed in the middle position

- 1 cup Nutella (slightly less than a whole 13-ounce jar)

- 2 zucchini squash, peeled (about 1 lb.)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
