40 Clove Chicken - w. Cream

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 * 2 tablespoons olive oil
- * kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper
- 4 * 4 chicken drumsticks
- 4 * 4 chicken thighs
- 40 * 40 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 * 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup half and half
- * chopped fresh parsley
Tomato Cream Sauce

1. Cook pasta. 2. Heat butter and oil over medium heat
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 Medium Sweet Onion, Finely Diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 can (15 oz.) Crushed Tomatoes
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Dash of Sugar
- 1/2 c. Heavy Cream (or 1/4 c. half and half and 1/4 c. heavy cream to cut down a little fat)
- Handful of Grated Parmesan
- Fresh Basil, Chopped
Rosemary Sweet Potato Fries
