SLOW COOKER HAM AND WHITE BEAN SOUP

Place hambone, ham, garlic, onion, carrots, celery, beans, oregano, rosemary and bay leaves into a 6-qt slow cooker
- 1 leftover hambone
- 2 cups leftover diced ham*
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 carrots, peeled and diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 2 (15-ounce) cans white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 2 bay leaves
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Garlic Parmesan Crusted Steak

Place olive oil in a small preheated saute pan over medium high heat
- * ½ cups Olive Oil
- 10 * 10 cloves Garlic
- 3 * 3 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Thyme
- 3 * 3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 4 * 4 whole Steaks (your Preference)
- * ½ teaspoons Salt
- * ¼ teaspoons Pepper
- 2 * 2 cups Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
GUINNESS COFFEE ICE CREAM

Put the Guinness in a small pot and bring to a simmer
- Heavy cream 2 cups
- Whole milk 2 cups
- Instant coffee 1 tbsp
- Sugar
- Granulated or brown
- 1 cup
- Guinness beer 12 ozs
- Egg yolks 7 units
Truffled Lobster Risotto

Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook lobster in large pot of simmering salted water until cooked through, about 10 minutes
- 2 8-ounce uncooked lobster tails
- 3 1/2 cups canned low-salt chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons white or black truffle oil
- 3/4 cup chopped peeled carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped shallots
- 1 cup arborio rice
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh chives

Shrimp Scampi with Linguini

For the pasta, put a large pot of water on the stove to boil
- 1 pound linguini
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 1 large shallot, finely diced
- 5 cloves garlic, sliced
- Pinch red pepper flakes, optional
- 20 large shrimp, about 1 pound, peeled and deveined, tail on
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley leaves
Phyllo Wrapped Asparagus with Parmesan and a Hint of Chipotle

- 5 strips of thick-cut bacon slices, cut crosswise into thin strips
- 3 pounds baby red potatoes, halved (smaller, the better)
- 1/2 cup of shallots, sliced thinly
- 7-8 sage leaves, sliced thinly, extra for garnish
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, more as needed
