- 1 (8-ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 (6-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup walnut pieces
- 1 cup pecan pieces

1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, 1 tbsp
- 2 cups flour
- 7 tbsp. sugar, plus more
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 6 tbsp. unsalted butter, cut into 1/2" cubes, chilled

- 2 egg yolks
- 1-1/4 cups red wine
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- Zest of 1 orange

Four Bean Medley

In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp
- 8 bacon strips, diced
- 2 medium onions, quartered and sliced
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (16 ounce) can baked beans, undrained
- 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15.5 ounce) can butter beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can cut green beans, drained
Fettuccini Alfredo

- 1/2 (1 stick) butter
- 2 cups (1 pint) heavy cream

- 7 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 5 thyme sprigs
- Salt

- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup Champagne vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup currants
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
Cranberry-Custard Pie

Prepare the piecrust: Roll the dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured work surface
- For the piecrust:
- 1 recipe Basic Flaky Piecrust or 1 prepared piecrust
- all-purpose flour, for rolling
- For the custard:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 1-3/4 cups whole milk
- 5 large egg yolks, beaten
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- For the topping:
- 3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar

- Nonstick cooking spray
- Salt
- 1 pound whole wheat macaroni
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, small dice
- 1 cup garbanzo beans
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 yellow bell pepper, roasted, peeled and seeded
- 1/4 cup vegetable stock or starchy cooking liquid from pasta
- 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup whole wheat panko
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
