The Dominican version of an Orange Julius, only creamier.
- 1/2 cup chilled orange juice, preferably fresh-sqeezed
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup chilled evaporated milk

To make one drink, combine 1/2 cup chilled orange juice (preferably fresh-squeezed) and 2 tablespoons sugar in a cocktail shaker and stir to combine. Add 1/2 cup chilled evaporated milk and ice, cover, and shake vigorously until the outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds. Strain into a tumbler, garnish with an orange slice
