Missouri Cookies

- 4 cups sugar
- 5 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cubes (1/2 pound) margarine
- 6 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup peanut better
- 2 tsp vanilla
Sugar Drop Cookies

Reed's favorite sugar cookie
- Cream together:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Add:
- 1 egg
- Sift together:
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- Add:
- 2 Tbsp. milk (more if needed)
Apple Crunch

- Topping:
- 6 large apples
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

Layer 12 sandwiches on bottom of 9x13 Top with caramel and hot fudge along with the bananas
- 24 ice cream sandwiches (2 boxes)
- 1 jar caramel sauce
- 1 jar hot fudge sauce
- 1 container Cool Whip
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 bananas (optional)
Marshmello Fluff

Refrigerate
- In bowl whip:
- In 9x13 dish;
- 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
- (Reserve a little for topping)
- In saucepan, cook until smooth;
- 1 cup milk and
- 1 large bag marshmellos
- Mix into marshmello mixture;
- 2 pints frozen strawberrys
- 1 Tbsp vannila
- 1 pint heavy whip cream
- Fold whipped cream into mixture.
- Pour on top of 9x13 crust
- Sprinkle with reserved crushed vanilla wafers.
Percolator Punch

Mix everything together. Heat and enjoy!
- 2 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 1/2 Tbsp whole allspice
- 3 sticks cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Garden Spaghetti

- olive oil
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 2 cubes butter
- Add in equal amounts:
- Zucchini
- Green beans
- Peas
- Cauliflower
- Broccoli
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 4 cups Old-Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed dark-brown sugar
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups raisins
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Nonstick cooking spray
Mormon Potatos

- In Saucepan:
- 1 large pkj southern frozen hashbrowns
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- 1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
- Add sauce to potatoes.
- Place in 9x13 pan
- Mix:
- 2 cups smashed Corn Flakes and
- 2 Tbsp melted butter.
- Sprinkle over top.
