Magic Cookie Bars

Preheat oven to 350* In 9x13 baking dish, melt butter, sprinkle crumbs over butter
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 , 14 oz can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated)
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 , 6 oz pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 1/2 cups flaked coconut.
Cheeseburger Cassarole

- Fry:
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 chopped onion
- In bowl:
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- 1 egg
- 2 cups Bisquick
- Combine:
- Bisqick mixture with hamburger mixture.
- Layer:
- 1/2 mixture in a 9x13 top with cheese
- Repeat.

- 2 cups instant tea
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 Tbsp clove
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 cup Tang (orange)
- 1 , 3oz pkg. leamonade

Fantasy Fudge

Combine sugar, butter, and milk in heavy saucepan
- 3 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup (5 oz can) evaporated milk
- 1 (7 oz) jar Marshmello Creme
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 (12 oz) pkj. chocolate chips
Texas Brownies

Sheet cake style
- In bowl combine:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- Stir & heat to boiling:
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- Pour boiling mixture over flour mixture
- Add:
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Mix well, Pour into well greased
- 17 1/2 x11 pan
- Bake 400* for 20 nimutes
- While brownies are baking=
- Combine:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 1/4 milk
- Stir in:
- 3 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pour over baked warm brownies
Rhubarb cake

- Cream together:
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup shortening
- Add:
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups + 2 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Add to mixture:
- 1 1/2 cups rhubarb, cut into sm pieces
- Spread into 9x13 baking dish
- Sprinkle with:
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
