  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • Add and bring to boil:
  • 1 can, 4oz chopped green chilies
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp ground oregano
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 cans (15.8oz size) great northern beans
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1 cooked and chopped chicken
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
