White Chili

- Saute:
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- Add and bring to boil:
- 1 can, 4oz chopped green chilies
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground oregano
- 2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 cans (15.8oz size) great northern beans
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 cooked and chopped chicken
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

- 2 (8 oz) Packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
- 3/4 cup Red hot sauce (I like Franks Red Hot Sauce)

Make cookies: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- For the Cookies:
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, not Dutch-process
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup vegetable shortening
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed dark-brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- For the Filling:
- 2/3 cup natural, creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- Coarse salt, optional

- FOR THE COOKIES

- 1/4 cup canned solid pack pumpkin
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
