Shredded Pork (Slow Cooker)

This is super-easy and really yummy
- 1 (5.25 lb) Boston Butt
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 (1.3oz) pkg golden onion soup mix and dip (Lipton)
- 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
- 2 cups water
Overnight French Toast

Prepare this dish the day before
- 1/2 (1 pound) Loaf French Bread, cut diagonally in 1" slices
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup half and half cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup and 2 TBSP butter
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 TBSP and 1 1/2 tsp light corn syrup.
Baked Ham & Egg Cups

Easy to make. Have various ingredients ready to mix with the eggs
- 6 eggs
- 6 pieces of sandwich ham
- 1/2 onion- diced or minced
- cheese of your choice-grated
- salt
- pepper

Pumpkin Case

Cake Directions: Beat together eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until light and fluffy
- Frosting:
- 6 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups of granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups of oil
- 3 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 29oz. can of pumpkin
- 3 cups of flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (8oz) cream cheese
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 boxes powdered sugar
Dad's Pork Tenderloin

Mom & Dad cook this. Yummy! It has mushrooms and doesn't taste good without them
- 2 (1 lb) pork tenderloins
- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken mushroom soup
- 10 3/4 oz. can golden mushroom soup
- 10 1/2 oz. can French onion soup
- Optional: mashed potatoes
Salisbury Steak

In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, garlic, salt, and pepper
- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 (8oz) pkg sliced baby bella mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 (10.5oz) can French onion soup
- 1 (10.5oz) can beef consomme'

- 1 12-ounce bottle chili sauce
- 1 12-ounce jar grape jelly
White Chili

This is always a good crowd pleaser and feeds 10 to 12 people
- 5 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 3 (15 oz) cans Great Northern beans, drained
- 1 (32 oz) box chicken broth
- 1 (16 oz) jar mild salsa
- 1 (8 oz) package Monteray Jack cheese with Peppers, cubed
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- Garnish: cheddar cheese, sour cream, and jalapenos
Barbecue Shrimp & Cheese Grits

1. Preheat oven to 400°
- Ingredients
- 4 bacon slices
- 1 pound large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on)*
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 whole cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons Creole seasoning, Tony Cachere's®
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Creamy Cheese Grits
- Garnish: chopped green onion
