    eggs

    cups of granulated sugar

    cups of oil

    tsp. ground cinnamon

    tsp. baking soda

    29oz. can of pumpkin

  • 3

    cups of flour

  • 3

    tsp. baking powder

  • 1 1/2

    tsp. salt

  • Frosting:

  • 1

    (8oz) cream cheese

  • 3/4

    cup butter

  • 1 1/2

    tsp. vanilla

  • 1 1/2

    boxes powdered sugar

Directions

Cake Directions: Beat together eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until light and fluffy. In a seperate bowl stir together flour baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Gradually add to pumpkin mixture, and mix thoroughtly. Spread into pans, bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely. Frost. Frosting Directions: Cream together cream cheese, vanilla and butter. Add powdered sugar a little at a time. Mix until smooth.
