- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 1 (4oz) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil

- 1 whole roasting hen
- 1 whole onion, peeled
- 3 Tablespoons canola oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Old Bay Seasoning

Lime-Marinated Flank Steak

- 1 pound beef flank steak
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp snipped fresh cilantro
- 2 tsp snipped fresh oregano or 1/2 tsp dried oregano, crushed
- 1/4 tsp chipotle chili powder or regular chili powder
- 1 recipe Avocado-Poblano Pico de Gallo
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- Lime Wednges, and/or fresh cilantro (optional)
- Prep: 35 minutes
- Marinate: 1 to 2 hours
- Grill: 17 minutes

- Topping:
- 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes (total 56oz)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Turkey Mole with Rice

This is a wonderful Tex-Mex dish
- 1 1/2 cups chunky salsa
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. unsalted peanuts, divided
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. baking cocoa
- 1 pkg. (20 oz) turkey breast tenderloins, cut into 1" pieces.
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/3 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
Molasses Herbed Pork Tenderloin with Horseradish Cream Sauce

1. In a large resealable plastic bag, place tenderloins
- # 2 (1-pound) pork tenderloins
- # 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- # 1⁄4 cup Grandma’s® Molasses
- # 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- # 1 teaspoon chopped fresh sage
- # 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- # 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- # 1⁄3 cup heavy whipping cream
- # 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- # 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

Steak Taquitos with Garlic Marinade

Make this with Guacamole
- 2 lbs. hanger steak (i use flank)
- 1/2 cup garlic marinade (recipe attahced)
- 8 to 12 (6") flour tortillas
- Garlic Marinade
- 1 head garlic, unpeeled
- Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp Oregano
- 3/4 cup Canola Oil
- Salt
Guacamole

In a bowl, mix tomato, onion, chili, lime juice and salt to taste
- 1 ripe tomato, diced
- 1/2 Spanish onion, chopped (I used shallot)
- 1 serrano chili, seeded and minced
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt
- 5 ripe avocados, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Easy Spicy Cheese Straws

- Grease two large cookie sheets
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. (17 1/4 oz) frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
- 1 large egg white, lightly beaten
- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (2 cups)

- 10 to 15 lbs. Shrimp

- 3 cans Old Bay & add some cayenne for some zing
- 6 gallons water
