Glazed Meatballs

Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, parsley, salt, worsterchire sauce and pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup minced onions
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Worsterchire Sauce
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup bottled chili sauce
- 1 cup (12oz jar) Grape Jelly
Victory Dip

Mix first five ingredients, add enough mayonnaise to hold the mixture together so it is spreadable
- 2 cups grated sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 pound bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
- Mayonnaise
- Crackers
Classic Lemon Bars

These are very good. But gooey and very tart
- For the filling:
- For the crust
- Vegetable Oil for greasing
- 1 1/2 sticks cold, unsalted butter, diced
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar plus more for garnish
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs plus 2 egg yolks
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (from about 8 lemons)
Cauliflower Soup

Heat water to boiling, add cauliflower and onion
- 2 cups water
- 1 med. head cauliflower
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp of flour
- 1 Tbsp Instant Chicken Bouillon
- 1/2 tsp. Celery Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup Half & Half
- Ground Nutmeg
Old Fashioned Beef Stew

Coat beef with flour, shaking off excess
- 1 pound lean beef chuck, trimmed and cut into 1" cubes.
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cups sliced mushroms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. tomato paste
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 4 cups sliced carrots
- 2 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 cup 1" green beans
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp cold water
Chipotle Pork Soft Tacos

This is a yummy, healthy mexican dish
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/4 lb. pork tenderloin, cut in 1" cubes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 to 2 tsp minced canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup crumbled queso fresco
- Top with sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced avocado.
Nuts and Bolts Party Mixture

Great for parties, holidays
- Mix:
- 7 oz. box rice chex
- 7 oz. box corn chex
- 10 oz. box cheerios
- 1 box thin pretzels
- 2 lbs nuts
- Mix and divide between two large aluminum pans
- 2 cups Wesson oil
- 2 Tbsp garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp celery salt
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Pour over cereal. Bake at 200 for 2 hours stirring every 15 minutes. Add the nuts the last hour of cooking.
White Chicken Chili

In a 6 quart electric slow cooker, combine chicken, beans, broth, salsa, cheese and cumin
- 5 cups chopped cooked chicken (I boil three chicken breasts for 30 minutes then shred it)
- 3 (15oz) cans Great Northern Beans, drained
- 1 (32oz) box chicken broth
- 1 (16oz) jar mild salsa
- 1 (8oz) pkg Monterey jack Cheese with peppers, cubed
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- Garnish: Shredded Cheddar Cheese, sour cream and jalapenos
- Also great with Frito's scoops!
Broiled Tilapia

Heat oven to broil and move rack to top position

- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp celery salt
