  • 1/2 tsp. Worsterchire Sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup bottled chili sauce
  • 1 cup (12oz jar) Grape Jelly

  • 1 to 2 tsp minced canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup crumbled queso fresco
  • Top with sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced avocado.

  • Mix:
  • 7 oz. box rice chex
  • 7 oz. box corn chex
  • 10 oz. box cheerios
  • 1 box thin pretzels
  • 2 lbs nuts
  • Mix and divide between two large aluminum pans
  • 2 cups Wesson oil
  • 2 Tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp celery salt
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Pour over cereal. Bake at 200 for 2 hours stirring every 15 minutes. Add the nuts the last hour of cooking.

  • 5 cups chopped cooked chicken (I boil three chicken breasts for 30 minutes then shred it)
  • 3 (15oz) cans Great Northern Beans, drained
  • 1 (32oz) box chicken broth
  • 1 (16oz) jar mild salsa
  • 1 (8oz) pkg Monterey jack Cheese with peppers, cubed
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • Garnish: Shredded Cheddar Cheese, sour cream and jalapenos
  • Also great with Frito's scoops!
