Triple Berry Baked Brie Time

PREP TIME: 20 min COOK TIME: 25 min Yield YIELD: 12 servings Directions: 1 HEAT oven to 400ºF
- • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- • 1/3 cup Smucker's® Orchard's Finest™ Northwest Triple Berry Preserves
- • 8 ounces round baby wheel brie cheese
- • 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts or pecans
- • 1 large egg
- • 1 tablespoon water
- • Assorted crackers, pear slices and/or apple slices
FRENCH ONION SOUP

Heat oil and butter in a dutch oven, 8 - 10 Qt
- Mix the following cheeses and set aside:
- 2 to 3 lbs Medium to Large Yellow Onions - Halved and sliced to 1/4"
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- Fresh Ground Balack Pepper
- 1- 8 oz Can prepared Beef Consume'
- 2 - 8 oz Cans prepared Beef Broth (I've tried many broth variations, even home made, but prefer good ole Campbells).
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 TBsp Worstershire Sauce
- 1 oz Premium Brandy
- Resteraunt Style Seasoned Croutons (Large Cut-3/4")
- 4 oz Shredded Mozzerella
- 4 oz Shredded Monterey Jack
- 4 oz Shredded Swiss or Greuyere
Potato Latkes

Preheat oven to 200 degrees
- 4 large russet potatoes, peeled
- 1 small white onion, finely grated
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup beer
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon coarse salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Pink Applesauce for Potato Latkes, for serving
- Sour cream, for serving
- Osetra caviar, for serving
Grilled Chipotle-Honey Pork

1. Heat gas or charcoal grill
- Barbecued with a zesty lime sauce, these tenderloins make a terrific main dish for six.
- Prep Time: 35 min
- Total Time: 35 min
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (from 7-oz can), drained, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon adobo sauce (from can of chipotle chiles)
- 2 pork tenderloins (3/4 lb each)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Cooking spray
THE BEST BROCCOLI SALAD

1. Make this at least 2 hours in advance so the dressing can soak into the broccoli
- tops of 2 bunches of fresh broccoli
- 1 small sweet or red onion, chopped
- 10 to 12 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, optional
- 1/2 cup raisins, optional
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar

- 2 * 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Slow Cooker Barbecue Beef Sandwiches

Trim and discard any exterior fat from a well-marbled chuck-eye roast
- 1 5-pound boneless beef chuck-eye roast
- 4 * 4 slices bacon, finely chopped
- 1 * 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 * 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 * 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 cups brewed coffee
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 2 * 2 tablespoons ground brown mustard, divided
- 1 * 1 tablespoon hot sauce (I prefer Frank's Red Hot cayenne pepper sauce)
- 1 * 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 * 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- * Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
- 10 * 10 sandwich rolls, split (and toasted, if desired)

- 1 box Betty Crocker® Original Supreme brownie mix (with Hershey's® chocolate flavor syrup pouch)
- Water, vegetable oil and eggs as called for on brownie mix box
- 1 quart (4 cups) favorite flavor ice cream, slightly softened
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 2 medium bananas, sliced (1 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup Hershey's® hot fudge topping
- Whipped cream, if desired
