Pineapple Cream Cheese Braid

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Dough:
- 1/2 C warm water
- 1 package instant yeast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 C butter, softened
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 C flour
- Filling:
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 C sugar
- 1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
Carol's Tortilla Soup

Put the onion and the avocado in the food processor and process until smooth
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 1 avocado
- 1 onion
- 1 can corn with juice
- 1 can black beans with liquid
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 can diced tomatoes with juice
- 1/2 bag tortilla chips
- 1 bag Fiesta Blend cheese
- ~1-2TBSP Lime juice
- salt to taste
- sour cream for topping
Creamy Lemon and Chive Farfalle

Prepare the pasta according to package directions, reserving a cup of pasta water
- 1 pound Dried Farfalle Pasta
- 2 small or 1 medium Shallot, diced small
- 1-2 tablespoons Extra Light Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Dry White Wine
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup Fresh Chives, Chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt, or more to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper, or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Zest
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

- 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular, 98% Fat Free or Healthy Request)
- 1 (2 ounce) pouch Campbell's Dry Onion Soup and Recipe Mix
- 6 small red potatoes, halved
- 6 medium carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 (3 pound) boneless beef bottom round roast or chuck pot roast
Fried Rice

On medium high heat, heat the oil in a large skillet or wok
- 3 cups cooked white rice (day old or leftover rice works best!)
- 3 tbs sesame oil
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
Cinnamon-Honey Butter

Blend all ingredients together at room temperature
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp. cinnamon

Heat oil in pot. Cook chicken with onion and garlic
- 1 lb chicken
- 1 cup onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 TBSP oil
- 2 TBSP butter
- 2 TBSP flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 - 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 can black beans rinsed
- 1 can pinto beans rinsed
- 1 can tomatoes rinsed
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoky paprika (try a little more)
- ~1/4 tsp red pepper

- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 (8 ounce) cans crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
