  • Mushroom Onion Gravy:

  • 2 zucchini, julienned
  • 2 carrots, peeled and grated
  • 1 teaspoon Hungarian hot paprika, plus more for garnish
  • 4 ounces Havarti cheese, grated
  • 1/2 large onion, chopped
  • 8 ounces white button mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

In a mixing bowl combine the oats, and milk

  • 3/4 c quick oats
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef (turkey works well too)

  • 1 20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
  • Sauce
  • 3/4-1 c pineapple juice
  • 1/4 apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 c soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4-1/2 cup brown sugar (depends on how sweet you want the sauce)

  • Bag of Shredded cabbage or one small head, cut into fine shreds

Heat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat

  • 4 large cloves garlic, grated or finely chopped

  • 1 bunch scallions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
  • 12 brioche dinner rolls or slider rolls, such as Pepperidge Farm brand
  • 1/2 seedless cucumber, thinly sliced
