- 1 pinch Salt

- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Dark Cocoa Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 cup Boiling Water Or Scalding Milk

- 12 whole Hard-boiled Eggs, Peeled And Chopped
- 2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup (real) Mayonnaise
- 12 slices Bacon, Fried And Crumbled
- 1 Tablespoon (heaping) Dijon Mustard
- ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 3 dashes Worcestershire Sauce

Oriental Chicken Salad

Spicy Summer Squash Cakes

- 4 cups grated summer squash
- 1 cup fresh corn kernels, cut from 2 ears
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions, with tops
- 1 large jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper or black pepper
- canola oil for sautéing
- low-fat sour cream (optional)
- fresh tomato salsa (optional)
Southwest Chicken Soup
