Mac and Smoked Cheddar w/Pulled Pork

Heather When I make pulled pork in the slow cooker, I make tons of it
- 1 3/4 cups macaroni (dry), cooked as per directions
- 2 cups leftover pulled pork
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp each salt and black pepper
- 2 cups milk (I used 2%)
- 2 cups shredded smoked cheddar
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup panko crumbs
Original Chex Party Mix

Heat oven to 250 deg. F. In large bowl mix cereals, nuts, pretzels and bagel chips; set aside
- 3 cups Corn Chex
- 3 cups Wheat Chex
- 3 cups Rice Chex
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 1 cup bite sized pretzels
- 1 cup garlic flavor bite size bagel chips
- 6 Tbs. Butter/margarine
- 2 Tbs. Worchestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- Use any items of choice for variety.
Classic BLT Dip

- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled, plus extra for garnish
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated, divided
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (drained, if using canned tomatoes), plus extra for garnish
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh lettuce, finely chopped

- sliced baguette, toasted, garnish

- SAUCE
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (Frank’s Louisiana Hot Sauce is the original and the most traditional)
- 2 tablespoons Tobasco sauce (adjust to taste depending on how hot you want the wings)
- 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- WINGS (For Frying)
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon table salt
- 3 lbs chicken wings, separate at the joints
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch (For frying. Omit if Baking)
- 3/4 cup flour (For baking. Omit if frying)
- 1-2 quarts peanut oil (For frying. Omit if baking)
