Preheat the grill. Place both crusts on the grill rack that has been sprayed with cooking spray

- 2 tbs. cornmeal

Preheat a grill to medium-high
- Citrus Caesar Vinaigrette:
- 2 heads romaine lettuce
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Parmigiano-Reggiano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (from 1 to 2 lemons)
