Maple Cookies

1 Cream the butter and sugar together at medium speed for three minutes or until light and fluffy
- 1/2 * 1/2 C unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 * 1 C dark brown sugar
- 1 * 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 * 1 large egg
- 1/2 * 1/2 C + 1 T maple syrup (Grade B preferably)
- 2 * 2 C all-purpose flour
- 1/2 * 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 * 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 * 3/4 C chopped walnuts
Baked Parmesan Sour Cream Chicken

Place chicken in single layer in Pam sprayed 13x9 inch baking pan or unsprayed aluminum pan
- 1 pound chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 6 ounces light sour cream
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic pressed
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
Tomato Basil Soup...easy

- 4 tsp olive oil
- 6 minced garlic cloves
- 6 C chicken broth
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 14.5 cans diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 onion, chopped

Broiled Lemon Salmon

- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup capers, rinsed
- 1 scallion, chopped
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
