Country-Style Steak

- 2 lbs. cube steak

Creamy Baked Chicken Breasts

- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/3 cup melted butter
Crockpot Chicken & Corn Chowder

Combine all ingredients, except milk, in a 4 to 6-qt Crockpot
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of potato soup
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup diced chicken (or about 2 cans (4-6 oz. each) chuck chicken)
- 1 can (12-15 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper or roasted red bell pepper
- 1 can chopped mild green chile
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1 cup milk
Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Cocoa

Crockpot Chicken with Pearl Onions & Mushrooms

Wash chicken and pat dry. Cut into ½ -1-inch chunks and put in large bowl
- 4-6 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken or cream of chicken and mushroom soup
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen pearl onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley, chopped for garnish
Dad’s Cheesy Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf

Preheat oven to 375˚. Combine ground beef, eggs, and 2 Tbsp
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup, divided (1 Tbsp. and 2 Tbsp.)
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 small onion, diced
- 6 slices bacon
- 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese cut into quarters

- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water

Lemony Baked Fish
