Crockpot Chicken w/ Dijon Mustard

Wash chicken & pat dry. Place in slow cooker
- 4-6 boneless chicken breast halves
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup.
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- dash of black pepper
Lemon Chiffon Pie

Mix gelatin with ½ cup sugar in saucepan
- 1 prepared (baked) pie crust
- 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs, separated
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 2-3 drops yellow food coloring
Louise’s Dessert Grape Salad

De-stem and wash grapes. Mix grapes, cream cheese, sour cream, & sugar together
- 8 cups dark grapes (+/- 2 lb.)
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1 lb. fresh or frozen catfish fillets, about 1/2 inch thick
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup coarsely crushed pretzels (about 2 cups gross)
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil

Mom’s Macaroni & Cheese

Melt butter in microwave in a covered microwave-safe bowl
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup canned milk
- 2 cups milk
- 16 oz. extra-sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 3/4 cups macaroni.
Oven Fried Perch Fillets

- 2 Tbsp. grate Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs

- 1/2 tsp. thyme

- 6 medium carrots cut into 2 inch pieces (+/- 3 cups)
- 3-3 1/2 lb boneless beef bottom round roast or chuck pot roast
