- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 14 oz can tomatoes

- 1 TBS hot sauce
- 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp white sugar
- salt and pepper

Crispy Parmesan Zucchini Sticks

- 1/2 C flour
- 3/4 tsp salt divided
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 eggs beaten

- 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese

- Coconut Shrimp: 12 oz plain seltzer water
- 1 C plus 2 TBS flour divided
- 1 qrt oil
- 1 C shredded coconut
- 1 lbs med size shrimp peeled with tails
- Honey Mustard Sauce: 1/3 C sourcream
- 1/3 C Dijon mustard
- 1/3 honey
- 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp salt

- 4 TBS soy sauce divided
- 1 lbs med fresh shrimp peeled
- 5 TBS oil divided
- 2 larege eggs lightly beaten
- 1 C finely chopped carrots
- 1/2 C minced green onions
- 5 C cooked white rice chilled
- 1 C frozen peas thawed
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
