Perfectly Grilled Steak

1. About 20 minutes before grilling, remove steaks from the refrigerator and let sit, covered, at room temperature
- 4 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 inch thick boneless rib-eye or New York Strip steaks or Filets Mignons, trimmed
- 2 Tablespoons canola or extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Pumpkin Muffins

- 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 small red onion, sliced, separated into rings
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Lit'l Smokies Bagel Dogs

- 1 package Hillshire Farm Lit'l Smokies
- 1 - 11 oz. can refrigerated breadsticks
- 1 tablespoon poppy or sesame seeds
- Mustard or ketchup for dipping

- 2 cups pomegranate juice
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. orange-flavored liqueur (triple sec or Grand Marnier)
- 1/2 cup tequila
