Mix beans and taco seasoning mix
- 1-16 oz. can refried beans
- 1 Tbsp. Taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Mexican style shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 Tbsp. sliced black olives
Cheese Spread

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate, or serve immediately
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
- 1 8 oz. tub CrackerBarrel soft cheddar cheese (sharp)
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 tsp. worchestershire sauce
- 1 pkg. chopped dried beef
- garlic salt to taste
Pumpkin Bread

Mix all together and pour intp greased and floured pan
- 1-3/4 cups flour
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup water
Heirloom Tomato Salad

Combine and chill
- 1 lb. mixed fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese with basil & tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Kraft Tuscan House Italian Dressing and Marinade
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Reese's Peanut Butter Cake

Mix cake according to package directions
- Cake:
- 1 Chocolate cake mix
- 1 small bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Frosting:
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 5 Tbsp. unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- Reese's peanut butter cups for garnish
Snickerdoodles

Stir together flour and baking powder; set aside
- 2-3/4 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 cup butter
- 1-3/4 cups sugar, divided
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Blueberry Jello Salad

Dissolve jello in water and add pie filling and pineapple in juice
- 2 small boxes lemon jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 1 large can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- crushed nuts for garnish
Taco Soup

Combine all ingredients (liquid and all), bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lg. chopped onion, cooked with beef
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 1 can corn
- 1 - 15 oz. can Ro-Tel
- 1 - 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1-1/2 cups water
Chicken Paillards with Lemon-Butter Sauce

Serve the chicken and sauce over fresh spinach
- 4 chicken paillards (chicken breast pounded to 1/8 to 1/4 thick)
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup minced Shallot
- 2 lemons
- 3/4 low-sodium chicken stock
Fancy Cole Slaw

Mix salad ingredients and cover with mixed dressing ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 lb. pkg. Cole Slaw
- 2 pkg. Chicken flavored Ramen Noodles
- (crumbled up, uncooked)
- 1 bunch green onions, diced
- 1 cup shaved almonds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 Ramen seasoning pkgs.
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup oil
