Heat oven to 375F. put Romano cheese in a food processor with metal blade
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1 large clove of garlic
- 10 oz frozen, chopped spinach thawed and squeezed to remove moisture
- 6 oz jar artichoke hearts drained and patted dry
- 8 oz soft garlic-chive cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Italian cheese mix
- Tortilla chip, sour cream, salsa

Preheat oven to 350°F. Brush 15x10x2-inch glass baking dish with oil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 24 large (about 2-inch-diameter) mushrooms, stems removed and chopped, caps reserved

- 1/4 cup chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
