- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1/2 cup of warm water
- 4 cups of bread flour
- 2 teaspoons of salt

Pour 3/4 cup warm water into small bowl; stir in yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water (105°F to 115°F)
- 1 envelope active dry yeast
- 2 cups (or more) all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

Sprinkle yeast into a small bowl and pour the warm water on it
- 1 package (7g) yeast
- 2/3 cup warm water
- 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons ground cardamom
- 3 3/4 cups unbleached white flour (you can substitute up to 1 3/4 cup with whole wheat flour)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (homemade or canned)
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 egg (+ 1 egg for glaze)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- Cornmeal (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 Mix sugar, cream cheese and butter at medium speed on electric mixer
- 2 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 8oz package cream cheese
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cloves
- 1 16oz can pumpkin
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 3 1/2 c flour
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 3 Tbs milk

- 12 ounces plums, pitted, sliced
- 2 cups fresh blackberries

- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
