  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or use applesauce to make them fat-free)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax mixed with 2 tablespoons warm water
  • 2 teaspoons agave + 1/4 teaspoon stevia (or other sweetener, to taste)
  • Toppings:
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup Fat Free Date Caramel Sauce
