- Sweet Chili Vinegar:
- 2 lbs. brussels sprouts, halved
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- Juice and zest of 2 lemons
- Kosher salt
- 6 basil leaves, torn
- 1/2 chili pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp crushed dried red pepper
- 1/2 head garlic, minced

- Cobbler Crust:
- 1 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1/4 cup(s) sugar
- 1 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 3 tablespoon(s) cold butter or margarine, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup(s) heavy or whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon(s) heavy or whipping cream
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
- Apple Filling:
- 1 lemon
- 2 1/2 pound(s) Granny Smith, Golden Delicious, and/or Gala apples, peeled, cored, and cut into 1/2-inch-thick wedges
- 1/3 cup(s) sugar
- 2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch

Baked Beans

Cube half of bacon. Saute with onions
- 1 can pork and beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can lima beans
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can yellow wax beans ( all drained )
- 1 lb bacon
- 2 large onions, cubed
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/4 cup vinegar
Cauliflower Cheese Soup

Cook cauliflower in chicken stock until tender
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 2 c chicken stock
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/4 c chopped onion
- 1/4 c flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 2 c milk
- 1 c grated cheddar cheese
- buttered bread crumbs
- parsley
