Coconut Macaroons w/kisses

Preheat oven to 325 deg. Line baking sheet with foil, grease & flour foil
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg white, whipped
- 2 t vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 t almond extract
- 1 14 oz. pkg flaked coconut
Frosting, Smooth'n Creamy

Combine pudding mix, sugar and milk
- 1 pkg. instant pudding
- 1/4 c conf. sugar
- 1 c cold milk
- 1 container Cool Whip
Lemon Whippersnaps

Such an easy cookie to make! And soooo delicious! Melt in your mouth!
- 1 pkg lemon cake mix
- 1 container Cool Whip
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c confectioners sugar
Scallops, Bay, & Shells

in a blender, combine cottage cheese with lemon juice and dill until smooth
- 1/4 c lowfat cottage cheese
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 T fresh dill, chopped
- 2 c scallops, steamed
- 1 c celery, finely choppped
- 1/4 c green onion, chopped
- 1 T Italian dressing
- 6 oz. large pasta shells, cooked
Cake-tails, Frozen Mojito

Melt butter; stir in pretzels & 2 T sugar
- 2 sticks butter (8 oz)
- 3 c salted pretzels, finely crushed
- 1 c plus 6 T sugar
- 2 8-oz cream cheese, softened
- grated peel of 3 limes + 1/2 c juice
- 2 T white rum
- 3 T finely chopped fresh mint
- 2 c heavy cream
Coconut Pie, Blender

Put all ingredients in blender and blend well
- 4 eggs
- 1 dash vanilla
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c flaked coconut
- 1/2 c Bisquik
- 2 c milk
- 1 stick butter/margarine
Fruit Pie, Fluffy

Spread half of the cherry pie filling onto crust
- 1 can cherry pie filling, divided
- 1 graham pie crust
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c milk
- 1 pkg lemon or vanilla instant pudding
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Limoncello

Zest the lemons, and place zest into a large glass bottle
- 10 lemons
- 1 liter vodka
- 3 c sugar
- 4 c water

- 1/4 cup shopped toasted pecans
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves
