Spice Cookies with Pumpkin Dip

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar
- PUMPKIN DIP:
- 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
- 2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon each ground ginger and cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups pumpkin pie filling
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Turkey Roulade 3 Ways

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- 2 boneless, skinless turkey breasts (3.5–4 lbs. total)
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 recipe Take-Your-Pick Filling
- 1 1/2 tbsp. canola oil
- 1 fennel bulb, chopped
- 2 Honeycrisp apples, cored and chopped
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter

Crusty Mustard Chicken

Preheat broiler. Place chicken pieces, skin side up, on a rimmed baking sheet, and place under the broiler
- 1 whole chicken (about 3 pounds), cut into 10 serving pieces
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced shallots
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red-pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups fresh white breadcrumbs

- 1 quart bottle rose wine, chilled

- 1 (28oz.) bottle club soda

- 6 green peppers
- 2 lbs. small white onions

- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sour cream
- 4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups blueberries
- Melted butter and sugar (see below for dipping)

- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste (or soy sauce)
Asiago-Artichoke Dip

- 1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained
- 2 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto or 2 slices bacon
- 1 cup arugula or fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 8 ounce carton sour cream
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup bottled roasted red sweet peppers, drained and finely chopped
- 3/4 cup finely shredded Asiago cheese or Parmesan cheese (3 ounces)
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions (2)
- Thinly sliced prosciutto or bacon, cut up and crisp-cooked (optional)
- Assorted crackers, pita chips, flatbread, and/or toasted baguette slices
