- 1 envelope Good Seasons Salad Dressing Mix (any flavor except no-oil Italian)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 - 4 tbs. Dijon-style or other mustard

- 1/2 to 3/4 cup ice cubes
- 1 1/2 oz. whiskey
- 1 1/2 oz. orange juice
- 1 1/2 oz. cranberry juice
- 1 oz. sour mix
- 3/4 oz. sherry
- 1 oz. club soda
- 1 oz. lemon-lime soda
- Mint sprig and lemon wedge
Shrimp

Cook 1 1/2 hours add water if needed
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 5 cup diced stewed tomatoes

- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. parsley
- 8 whole cloves (remove before serving)

- one About one pound of either strip steak or vennison
- 1 shallot chopped
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1 TBSP melted butter
- 1 cup of pistachios ground very fine in the food processor
- Ideally smoked cheddar cheese cut in cubes but brie is also fine
