- 8 slices 1/4- to 1/2-inch thick Fior di Latte or fresh mozzarella cheese, about 3/4 pound
- 4 slices prosciutto cotto or other mild ham of choice
- 1/2 cup flour, for dredging
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated onion
- 3 large eggs
- A handful grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil, for shallow frying
Uptown Tuna Casserole

While water comes to a boil, place oven rack in center of oven and turn on broiler
- 1/2 * 1/2 pound extra-wide egg noodles
- * Salt
- 1 * 1 tablespoon EVOO - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 * 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 * 1/4 pound button mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 2 * 2 leeks, thinly sliced, washed and dried
- 3 to 4 * 3 to 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 3 * 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 1/2 to 2 * 1 1/2 to 2 cups whole milk orhalf n half or cream
- 1 * 1 rounded tablespoon Dijon mustard
- * Black pepper
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup frozen baby peas, optional
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup fresh tarragon leaves, loosely packed, chopped
- 3 * 3 cans good quality tuna in olive oil, drained and flaked
- * A 6-ounce piece of Gruyere cheese, shredded, about 1 1/2 cups
- 2 * 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives or parsley

- Hot glue gun
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 3 oz boxes of JELL-O in red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple

Cheese Steak Crescent Braids

- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 4 portions thinly sliced frozen sandwich steaks (from 12.25-oz box), cut crosswise into 1/2-inch strips
- 1 large green bell pepper, cut into thin bite-sized strips (1 1/2 cups)
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
- 1 egg, beaten, if desired
