- 6 dried whole red chilies

- 3 tablespoons chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
