- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups unpeeled shredded zucchini
- 3/4 cup coconut
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- Powdered Sugar Glaze:
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp pineapple juice
