Cook beans in a large pot of salted boiling water until nearly tender, about 3 minutes
- 1 pound French green beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 3/4 cup diced fresh tomatoes
- 2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
- 1 1/2 tbsp chopped black olives
- 1 1/2 tbsp capers, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- Salt
- Pepper

- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
