- 4 oz. green chilis, undrained
- 3 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 15 oz. kidney beans

- 1 can mild green chilis
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1-3 c. chicken, cooked and cubed

- 4 oz. Mexican shredded cheese
