- 8 ounces cooked lean boneless pork or 8 ounces chicken, chopped or 1lbs of shrimp (clean & divined)
- 1 cup frozen peas & carrots thawed
- 4 cups cold cooked rice, grains separated (i like to use jasmine rice its's best To use A day old)
- 4 green onions, chopped
