Medley of Vegetables

Mix all ingredients and place in tightly covered casserole dish
- 1 c. sliced onion
- 2 c. 2-inch strips celery
- 1 1/2 c. carrot strips
- 2 c. grean beans
- 3/4 c. grean pepper strips
- 2 c. tomatoes
- 4 T. oleo
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 T. sugar
- 3 T. Minute tapioca
Chocolate Marshmallow Fondant

Grease microwave proof bowl with Crisco
- 15 oz. mini marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon light corn syrup
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup dutch processed (dark) cocoa
- 6 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 1/2 cup Crisco or vegetable shortening
Deviled Eggs

Combine yolks with other ingredients place mixture in plastic bag and pipe into egg shite halves
- 2 dozen hard cooked eggs
- 2-3 T. mustard
- 1 T. mayo
- 1/8 c. sweet pickle juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- Maybe some cider vinegar
Walking Taco Layer

Layer ingredients in order
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 pkg avocado dip
- 16 oz sour cream
- Chopped onions
- Chopped tomatoes
- Chopped green chilies
- Chopped black olives
- Grated Cheddar cheese
Cheese Biscuits

Stir all together in a soft ball
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Dressing Casserole

Preheat oven to 325. Brown onion in butter
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 4 T. butter
- 10 slices of bread cubed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1 (10 1/2-oz) can rice soup
- 1/2 can water
Perfect Pecan Pie

Blend syrup and pudding mix in bowl; gradually add milk and egg until blended
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 pkg. Jello instant vanilla pudding
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1 egg, slighly beaten
- 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked 8 or 9-inchpie shell
Caramel Corn (microwave)

Spray large brown grocery bag with Pam
- 3 to 5 qt. popped corn
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
Zucchini Casserole

Cook zucchini in salty water; drain
- 1 lg. zucchini, diced and peeled
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 2 1/4 c. Stove Top stuffing
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3/4 c. carrots, sliced
- 6 T. margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Celery Seed Dressing

Combine all and beat with wire whip until well blended
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 c. oil
