Fiesta Corn Pretzel Dip

Mix all together
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 T. chili powder
- 1 c. salsa
- 1 can Mexicorn fiesta corn, drained
Zucchini Pancakes
By dkosik
Sprinkle zucchini with 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 to 4 sm-med zucchini, trimmed and shredded
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 med-size onion, minced (1/2 to 3/4 c.)
- 1 to 2 T. oil or oleo
- 2 eggs, beaten slightly
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Vegetable oil (to fry)
Cherry Cheesecake

Mix cream cheese and Cool Whip in bowl; set aside
- 1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 8 oz. tub Cool Whip
- 4 T. butter
- 2 c. graham crackers
- 2 tsp. sugar
Chicken 'N Biscuit Casserole

Coo potatoes and onion until tender
- 2 to 3 lbs. boiled chicken, picked off bone and cut into small pieces. Do not throw broth away (save).
- 8 potatoes, diced and peeled
- 1 onion
- 1 can peas
- 1 can corn

Corn Meal Mush

- 9 c. water
- 3 c. yellow cornmeal
- 3 tsp. salt
- 3 c. cold water
60 Minute Rolls

- 2 pkgs. yeast
- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 1 tsp. slat
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 c. flour
- 1 c. milk

Caramel Corn

Bring Parkay, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt to a boil, stirring constantly
- 1 c. (2 sticks) Parkay
- 2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 qt. popped corn
- Pinch cream of tartar
Banana Salad Dressing

Cook until thick and cool
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 T. flour
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 orange
Peanut Butter Blossoms

Mix together flour, soda and salt; set aside
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar (firmly packed)
- 1 egg (unbeaten)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 30 to 40 Hershey's chocolate kisses

- 10 oz. cream cheese
- 4 oz. butter
- 5 cups powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
