Riet's Favorite Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Cream first 3 ingredients at medium speed of electric mixer until light and fluffy
- 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. plus 2 T. margarine
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. plus 2 T>skim milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
- 3/4 c. raisins
- Vegetable cooking spray
Red Lobster Dinner Rolls

Mix bisquick, milk and cheddar cheese
- 2 c. bisquick
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Bean Dip

Mash beans. Add remaining ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drain and rinse
- 1-4.5 oz can green chopped chilies
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 T. salsa
White Chocolate Snack

Melt chocoalte in microwave on low (1-2 minutes ONLY)
- 1 box Crispix cereal
- 12 to 16-oz. pkg. pretzels (w/salt)
- 2 lb. quality white chocolate
- 1-lb. jar dry roasted peanuts
- 1-lb. bag M & Ms
Twinkie Dessert

Seperate Twinkies (length way) and layer in tupperware 8x13-inch pan
- 8 Twinkies
- 1 box instant pudding
- 2 c. cold milk
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 small Bananas, sliced
- Cool Whip
Fruit Cobbler

Butter 8 or 9-inch pan. Add 1/2 cup of sugar to 4 cups of fruit and put in buttered dish
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- Dash salt
- Dash cinnamon
Chocolate Nut Crunch

Combine crumbs and nuts. Line bottom of 9-inch square pan with 1/2 of the crumbs miture
- 2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. butter or oleo
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 3 stiffly beaten egg whites
- 3 well beaten egg yolks
- 1 1/2 (1-oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pt. ice cream
Candied Nuts

In large measuring cup, combine all ingredients, except nuts
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. cloves
- 1 1/2 T. water
- 2 c. nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds)
Cauliflower Au Gratin

Break cauliflower into sections and cook for 10 minutes in boiling, salted water; drain well
- 1 lg head cauliflower (6 c.)
- 1/4 c. margarine (divided)
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
Vidalia Onion Dip

Mix ingredients together. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 min
- 2 c. chopped Vidalia (or white) onions
- 2 c. mayonnaise (real mayonnaise)
- 2 c. finely shredded Swiss cheese
