- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 pound chicken tenders (or boneless, skinless chicken breast sliced up in finger-sized slices)
- 3 tablespoons curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 shallot (peeled, diced)
- 1 cup celery (chopped)
- 1/3 cup chili sauce
- 2-3 dried red chili peppers (finely chopped or crushed, use seeds too)
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1. In a large skillet brown the beef, breaking it apart as it cooks
- Essential Toppings:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large yellow onion, diced
- Vegetable oil for sauteing
- 4 cloves garlic

- 1/3 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped

- Shredded Lettuce
- Sour Cream
