- 26 Tbsp coconut milk
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup grated coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- CRUST
- 1 store-bought pastry pie crust
- FILLING
- 2 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. dulce de leche or caramel
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- SAMOA TOPPING
- 2 c. sweetened shredded coconut, toasted
- 1 1/2 c. dulce de leche or caramel, plus more drizzling
- Melted chocolate, for drizzling
