- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, mashed
- 1 teaspoon Italian parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 cup cabernet sauvignon wine
- salt
- generous amount fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Shrimp with Asian Barbecue Sauce

Lightly grease grill rack
- Romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 1/4 lb. large shrimp
- 4 skewers
- 1/3 c. hoisin sauce
- 3 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 1/2 tsp. grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1/4 tsp. Chinese five-spice powder
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp. water
Poblano Mac and Cheese

Preparation 1. Preheat oven to 350
- 8 ounces uncooked penne pasta
- 2 poblano chiles (about 4 ounces)
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk, divided
- 1 cup unsalted vegetable stock
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 5 ounces queso quesadilla cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 3/8 teaspoon kosher salt

- 1 medium onion, chopped

- 1 1/2 cups grated monterey jack cheese or 1 1/2 cups Mexican blend cheese, divided

- 1 t rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 t dry mustard

Combine broccoli florets, cheddar cheese, dried cranberries, bacon, sunflower seeds, and onion in a large bowl
- 5-6 cups broccoli florets 1 lb, this was about 2 1/2 heads of broccoli for me (450g)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese thicker, not finely shredded (115g)
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries (85g)
- 1/2 cup crumbled bacon (60g)
- 1/2 cup salted sunflower seeds (60g)
- 1/3 cup red onion diced into small pieces (50g)
- Dressing
- 3/4 cup mayo I use olive oil mayo (175g)
- 1/4 cup sour cream (70g)
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons sugar (40g)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- Chocolate mixture:
- 1 1/2 cups unsifted unbleached flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoons salt
- 6 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 6 oz semisweet chocolate
- 8 oz (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 5 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 firmly packed cups dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz walnuts, in large pieces
- Cream cheese mixture:
- 12 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 3 oz (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
