Southern Peach Puddin' Cake

Blend cake mix with oil, water and egg whites
- 2 peeled & sliced peaches
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 box cheesecake pudding mix
- 1 1/4 c water
- 4 egg whites
- 1/3 c oil
- 2 c cold milk
Chipotle style Cilantro Lime Rice Recipe

Soak the rice in some water for 10 minutes
- 1 cup Basmati or any other long grained rice, rinsed lightly in cold water
- 1 tsp oil (for that authentic taste use 1 tbsp butter)
- 1-2 small limes
- 1/2 tsp sugar (optional)
- 3 About 3 tbsp cilantro
- Salt to taste
Coconut Cream Cheese Sheet Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degree F
- 1 c butter, softened (2 sticks)

- 1 tsp vanilla extract ( i used 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp coconut extract

- FROSTING - I DOUBLE THIS
- 1/4 c butter,softened
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 c confectioners' sugar

- 1 chocolate cake mix (your preference),
- 1-14 oz can(s) sweetened condensed milk
- 1-8 oz jar(s) caramel topping
- 4-5 butterfingers candy bars, crushed
- 1-8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1-12oz pkg cool whip
Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler

- 1/2 Stick of Butter
- 1 28 oz Can of Peaches or to go real old school boil and peel 8 to 10 fresh peaches
- 2 cup sugar
- 1 & 1/4 cups of water
- 1 heaping tablespoon of Cornstarch
- 2 Cups of Sugar
- 1 & 1/2 Cups of Self-rising Flour
- 2 Teaspoons vanilla
- Milk
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Banana Bread

Preheat oven to 350°. In a mixing bowl, cream together the sugar and butter
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup butter, softened
- 3 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. PURE VANILLA EXTRACT
- 1-1/2 Cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. CINNAMON or BAKING SPICE
- 1/2 Cup chocolate chips, optional
- 2 TB. CINNAMON SUGAR

- 11/4 Cups white flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda

- 1 tsp. CINNAMON
- 1/4 tsp. GROUND CLOVES

- 1/2 tsp. GROUND ALLSPICE

- 1/4 Cup applesauce
- 3/4 Cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Cup tomato juice
- 1/2 Cup golden raisins (optional)
- 1/2 Cup walnuts, finely ground (optional)
- 3 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 Cup butter, (1 stick), room temperature
- 1 tsp. PURE VANILLA EXTRACT
- 3/4 Cup powdered sugar)
