- 2 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, cut into pieces and softened, plus more for the pans
- 2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for the pans
- 8 ounces almond paste
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs, separated
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Red and green food coloring (gel preferred)
- 1 15-ounce jar smooth apricot jam
- Cooking spray
- 1 pound bittersweet chocolate, chopped
The Best Homemade Fudge

In a large mixing bowl, add: 1 stick butter, or 8 tablespoons (room temperature) 12 oz
- 1 stick butter, or 8 tablespoons (room temperature)
- 12 oz. package Ghirardelli semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups of sugar and
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk, until mixed
- 12- 15 large, fresh marshmallows
- 3/4 cups chopped nuts (I use pecans)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Raspberry Chocolate Bars

1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 c flour
- 1/4 c powdered sugar
- 1/2 c butter (no substitutions)
- 1/2 c seedless raspberry jam
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 c white chocolate chips
- 2 oz semi-sweet baking chocolate squares
- 1 Tbsp shortening
Orange Fluff Pudding

Mix together pudding, Jell-o, and water over medium heat until it boils
- 1 large package Cook and Serve vanilla or banana pudding
- 1 large package orange jell-o
- 2 cups water
- 1 16 oz Cool-Whip (lite or fat-free is fine)
- 1/2 bag mini marshmallows
- 1 can pineapple tidbits (Any size, depending on your preference)
- 1 can mandarin oranges (Any size, depending on your preference)
- 2 bananas, sliced (Optional, put in before serving so they don't turn brown in the fridge)

Preheat the oven to 350°
- Frosting:
- 2-1/2 Cups sugar
- 1 Cup butter (2 sticks)
- 4 eggs
- 1 Cup sour cream
- 2 tsp. baking soda

- 2-1/2 Cups mashed very ripe bananas (about 6 fresh, 8 if using previously frozen bananas)
