Soften cream cheese and add mayonnaise, grated cheese and onions
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1 cup Gruyere cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp chopped onion
- 4 slices crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup crushed Ritz Crackers
Neiman Marcus Bars

- 1 box butter cake mix
- 1 stick butter melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 box powdered confectioner sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Steak Sauce

Melt 1 Tbsp butter in a large skillet
- 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 4 medium shallots, minced
- 2 cups beef stock
- 2 Tbsp Cognac
- 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 3 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter cut into 8 pieces
- Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Double Baked Mashed Potatoes

Great alternative to Baked Potatoes
- 2 1/2 pounds medium potatoes, peeled
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup onion
- 5 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Southwest Cheesy Chicken Soup

Season chicken with cumin salt and pepper and bake for 20 minutes or just until chicken in done
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/2 med onion
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Adobo seasoning
- 1 1/2 lbs Velveeta
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups 1/2 & 1/2
- 2 cups corn
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp Cajun season
- 3 (6") corn tortilla cut into strips, fried in oil
Chicken, Shrimp or Crawfish Feticini

- 4 chicken breast
- 2 large onions
- 1 large bell pepper
- 1/2 lb jalapeno cheese
- 1 lb Velveeta
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 lb egg noodles, prepared as directed
- 1 stick butter
Cajun-Style Clam Bake

Sounds difficult but it is really easy to do and well worth it
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup fresh Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 4 medium red potatoes, halved and sliced into 1/4 inch half-moons
- 3/4 pound jumbo shrimp (11-15 count) peeled and deveined tails left on,
- cold
- 2 pounds littleneck clams, rinsed and scrubbed
- 1 package (12 oz) andouille sausage, thinly sliced
- 2 ears fresh corn, shucked and cut into 4 pieces
Stay Up All Night Coffee Cake

Breakfast treat especially around holidays
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 (12-16 oz) pack frozen Parker House Rolls
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package butterscotch instant pudding mix
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Mushroom Casserole

Saute halved mushrooms and onion in 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 pound whole mushrooms (cut in half)
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 5 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 16 ounce bag of shredded mixed cheeses (Colby, Monterrey Jack, cheddar)
- 1-5 to 6 ounce bag of croutons (plain)
Spicy Sausage Wonton Cups

- 1 pound hot sausage
- 1 1/2 (6 oz) cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 (6 oz) cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/3 cup chopped pimento stuffed olives
- 1/3 cup finely chopped red pepper
- 1 Jalapeño pepper seeded and minced
- 1 (12 0z) package Wonton wrappers ( 3 1/2" squares)
