Gandma Ann's Lasagna

Yummy lasagna
- One package of Lasagna noodles
- Two pounds Ricotta
- Two bags Shredded mozzarella (8 oz each)
- Grated cheese
- You will need Tomato sauce, and meatballs
- Use a 9X12 inch glass pan Preheat oven to 350

Ok so this was a favorite at our Christmas party each year
- For the cake
- ½ cup flour
- 3 Tblspoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 egg yolks
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 egg whites
- ½ cup sugar
- Powdered sugar
- For the filling
- 1 and 1/2 Cups heavy cream
- 1/2 Cup cocoa
- 1/4 Cup confectioners sugar
- 2 tablespoon Kahlua liquer
- For the frosting
- 1/2 Cup butter softened a little
- 2 Cups confectioners sugar
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Christmas party cake - Ok so this was a favorite at our Christmas party each year
- For the Cake:
- ½ cup flour
- 3 Tblspoons unsweetened cocoa

- 2 Cups confectioners sugar
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- 1/4 lb sandwich ham
- 1/4 lb sliced provolone
- 1/4 lb genoa salami
- 1/4 lb iswiss cheese
- 1/4 lb pepperoni
- 1 jar roasted peppers, drained and sliced
- 3 eggs beaten with some pepper and grated cheese
Chocolate Chunk Brownies Dads Famous

Dads famous rich large chunk brownies
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 12 oz chocolate chunks (little nuggets)
- Optional: 1 cup chopped walnuts
Blueberry Pie ~ Dads!

Excellent blueberry pie. Used to make after we picked blueberries at Bishops Orchards
- One 10" baked pie shell (or use dad's pie dough recipe and bake)
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 5 Tbl flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 cups blueberries

- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 gallon milk
- 1 pound velveeta cheese
- 1 box of elbow macaroni.
New York Cheesecake

Creamy traditional NY style cheesecake
- Preheat oven to 450
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 pounds cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbl cornstarch
- 1 cup sour cream
Cream Puffs

- for cream puff::
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- for filling::
- one box French vanilla instant pudding
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 1/2 pints of heavy cream
- 4 to 5 teaspoons of sugar.
