Grandma Ann's sauce
- one 18 oz can tomato paste and three cans of water
- One 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- Olive oil, garlic
- Garlic salt, parsley, orgeano, basil, salt, pepper

- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp worchestershire sauce
- 1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
- Crumble 4 oz imported Danish blue cheese
French Onion Soup (Dad’s Famous)

This was a recipe that Dad got in college
- Original recipe (a lot) 1/4 recipe (about 8 servings- less if you fill bowls up)
- 8 lbs peeled and sliced onions 2 lbs
- 8 oz butter 2 oz
- 1 1/2 gal beef stock 48 oz
- 1 1/2 gal chicken stock 48 oz
Pecan Butter Balls

Buttery round cookies with Pecan pieces and rolled in confectioner's sugar
- 2 Cups flour
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 Cup soft NOT runny butter
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla (not imitation)
- 2 Cups minced pecans* I gauge this, I don’t like that many pecans I use about 1 1/2 cups.
Beef Stew

- 1 lb stew meat or London Broil cut into cubes. Cut them the size you want to eat later.
- 2 large carrots peeled and cut into pieces
- 4 large potatoes peeled and cut into large cubes
- Flour
- Salt
