Buttery round cookies with Pecan pieces and rolled in confectioner's sugar

  • 2 Cups flour
  • 1/4 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Cup soft NOT runny butter
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla (not imitation)
  • 2 Cups minced pecans* I gauge this, I don’t like that many pecans I use about 1 1/2 cups.
